When a client is faced with an actual or threatened claim, we help manage document retention to preserve evidence using our litigation hold services. Litigation hold services include collaborating with the client’s IT department to develop a process for identifying and preserving documents that may be relevant to the claim, distributing litigation hold notices and tracking acknowledgements, providing compliance training on records retention, and coordinating active litigation holds with legal reserve determinations and requests for information from our clients’ outside auditors.
